If information in the app appears to be incorrect please check you have a stable internet connection, as the app requires this to update data. The Sky Sports Scores app updates information every 30 seconds. The schedules/line-ups/results look wrong Tap the button on the alert to be taken directly to the relevant phone setting. On iOS you will be prompted to allow notifications by switching them on within your phone settings before you will be able to alter them within the app. You can change your notification settings at any time, including turning individual notifications on or off by going to the more menu > notification preferences.

You can receive push notifications for your favourite team, followed teams and any games for which you tap the star icon next to the fixture.
